RESIDENT INFO

  1. Rent Due Date
    Rent payments are due on the first of each month. You may drop off a personal check, cashier’s check, or money order in the Office, or the rent drop box.

  2. Rent Late Fees
    A late fee of $50 will be charged to your account if payment is not made by the fifth of every month. Each apartment is given a one-time late fee amnesty, which will be applied to your first late fee. As stated in the lease, there is a $35 returned check (NSF) charge on ALL returned checks. After two (2) NSF checks, we will required a Money order or Cashier Check only.

  3. Lockouts
    During office hours, the office will unlock your apartment if you provide a photo ID and you are a registered leaseholder or occupant in the apartment. For after-hours lockouts, please call the 24-hour hotline at (206) 408-1416 and a Staff Member will let you into your apartment within a reasonable amount of time, please keep in mind some staff member may have to come from afar and the wait maybe substantial and we apologize for the inconvenience. There is a $100 charge for this service.

  4. Lost Keys, FOBs, Spares and Garage Remotes:
    Please visit the office if you need to replace lost keys, FOBs, spares, or garage remotes. There is a charge of $25 per key, and $75 for key FOBs, and garage remotes which is due at time of replacement.

  5. Maintenance Services

    For after-hours emergencies (water leaks, lockouts and etc.), call our 24-hour emergency number at (206) 408-1416.
